· Call your assigned technician directly or call our support line at (604) 944-0165 or toll free at (888) 866-3534 and press 1 for service. You will be connected to the next available technician.

· If a technician is not available to assist you, please leave a brief message relaying your name and contact number and a brief description of the problem encountered.

· If you have not already created an account, you can do so by clicking on the “Create New Account” link in the left hand margin.

· Complete the form as shown and click on the “Create Account” button at the bottom of the page.

· You may also opt in for our bi-weekly newsletter at the same time.

· If you have forgotten your logon password, you may have it emailed to you by entering your Account ID, usually your email address and click on “Login” The next screen will have a link to retrieve your password via your email address. Once submitted you will receive your password in your email.

· If you already have an account with us, enter your Logon ID and password.

· To request a new account, click on the “Request Account” button.

· Complete the form as shown and click on the “Submit” button at the bottom of the page.

· Once your account has been created you will receive an email confirmation.
